During the end of 2020 and the start of the 2021 year, we organized a giveaway to celebrate the launch of our new website. Keitaro`s new website showcases our services, projects, news and open job vacancies. Modern design, easy navigation and an excellent content flow are just a few of the improvements our team worked on.
The rules of the giveaway contest included the following steps: the participants had to search for the hidden presents on our website, click on it and enter their information in order to enter the giveaway. Every additional entry counted as a bigger chance to win some of the main prizes. We are proud to share that there were more than 1000 entries and thank everyone who took their time to visit our website, search the hidden presents and participate.
Since the worldwide situation with the COVID-19 pandemic would not let us meet our winner in person, we communicated with her via email and distributed the main prize. Therefore, we are congratulating once again Justine Barnes for winning the 1st prize, an iPad.
„Thank you so much, it was a very exciting surprise to receive yesterday! I head up an HR department for a charity and so it will be really useful for keeping up to date with current HR trends, conducting research on the wider workplace and reading up on changes in employment law and regulations – it will get well used at work and my kids are also hoping to use it for streaming Netflix etc at home too so I may not get much of a look in!“
Justine is the Head of People Operations at Christians Against Poverty, an organization that is tackling poverty in communities across the UK through free debt help and local community groups. Their main goals are to equip churches in serving the community, provides award-winning free debt help through local churches. Each church’s CAP Debt Centre offers emotional and practical support, while our head office team in Bradford provides bespoke debt advice and a plan to help you get out of debt. CAP also offers community groups dedicated to tackling poverty at the root.
We are happy to share that Justine is working in an organization as CAP, that works towards less poverty on our planet, which in other words supports the first of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (No Poverty). Justine`s and CAP`s goals align with Keitaro`s commitment to the UN sustainable development goals. Sustainability is important to Keitaro and as a small technology company, we do everything in our power to prevent pollution and reduce our carbon footprint by minimizing waste and encouraging remote working for our employees. Working almost exclusively in a digital environment, we are virtually paper-free. We hope that this prize will support Justine in a good start to support our goal of guiding her towards a paper-free workplace.
Launching our new website was a great reason to celebrate it with a giveaway, but stay tuned! There are more upcoming events that we would like to celebrate in a similar manner.
